As your exclusive buyer’s designated agent, I will represent you fully and ensure your interests are put first. I will guide you through all aspects of the purchase in order to achieve a best possible outcome.
Consultation.
Our first step is to discuss the features and benefits you need, want, and wish to have in your new home and the priority each has. We'll then do an in-depth consultation to clarify those wants, needs, price range, target neighbourhoods, lender pre-qualification details, etc. We’ll also discuss the market conditions and how that affects your purchasing power. Then we will clarify our and your expectations, the best forms of communication, timelines, and schedules.
The Offer.
Once you’ve found the right home or property, it’s time to write an offer. I’ll complete a thorough comparable market analysis (CMA) and discuss it with you, so you can make a confident decision about the current market value of the property. Then, we’ll discuss negotiation strategies and decide how we’re going to proceed. Finally, I will complete the documents, present your offer, and guide you through all of the next steps!
